      • 顆粒分布對高濃度水煤漿流變性能的影響

        采用體積平均粒徑分別為81.30μ m,14.62μm的6.07 μm的三種陜西長焰煤粉以不同級配混合后制備高濃度水煤漿,利用Dinger模型評估了級配前后煤顆粒的粒度分布,研究了不同顆粒分布對高濃度水煤漿流變性能的影響.試驗結果表明:級配優化可使煤顆粒的實際分布更接近理論模型分布.當漿體濃度較高時,隨著漿體體系中細顆粒的增多,水煤漿流型由剪切稀化逐漸向剪切稠化轉變,依次呈現出屈服假塑型、Bingham型和脹流型三種流型,擬合出了相應的的流變學模型,利用流變機理解釋了漿體流型轉變的原因,得到了使水煤漿具有最優流變性能的配比方案....

      • Numerical Analysis of the High Skew Propeller of an Underwater Vehicle

        A numerical analysis based on the boundary element method (BEM) was presented for the hydrodynamic performance of a high skew propeller (HSP) which is employed by an underwater vehicle (UV).Since UVs operate at two different working conditions (surface and submerged conditions),the design of such a propeller is a cumbersome task.This is primarily due to the fact that the resistance forces as well as the vessel efficiency under these conditions are significantly different.Therefore,some factors are necessary for the design of the optimum propeller to utilize the power at the mentioned conditions.The design objectives of the optimum propeller are to obtain the highest possible thrust,minimum torque,and efficiency.In the current study,a 5-bladed HSP was chosen for running the UV.This propeller operated at the stem of the UV hull where the inflow velocity to the propeller was non-uniform.Some parameters of the propeller were predicted based on the UV geometrical hull and operating conditions.The computed results include the pressure distribution and the hydrodynamic characteristics of the HSP in open water conditions,and comparison of these results with those of the experimental data indicates good agreement.The propeller efficiency for both submerged and surface conditions was found to be 67% and 64%,respectively,which compared to conventional propellers is a significantly higher efficiency....

        A new algorithm-ModEn (mode entropy) is proposed by analyzing and modifying ApEn (approximate entropy), so that the irregular analysis can be applied to the time series of short-term signals with broad amplitude and slow fluctuation (SBS signals); and the ModEn is introduced in the irregular dynamic analysis of high frequency electrocardiogram (HFECG) on a myocardium infarction (MI) animal model.       • Simulation analysis of construction process of high rock slope's stabilization

        A self-developed elasto-plastic finite element program was used to analyze the construction sequence of high rock slope' s stabilization in a coal-coking plant, and the result was compared with that employing the ultimate equilibrium method. Based on the results of finite element analysis, the stress contour graphs and dis-placement vector graphs at different construction steps were obtained, and the behavior of the slope during stabi-lization construction process was analyzed quantitatively. Based on the analysis of safety factors of three different schemes of stabilization and two different construction schemes, the assessment of stability and bracing design of the construction process were performed. The results show that the original reinforcement design is improper;the stability of the rock slope is controlled by a developed structural plane, the stability factor after excavation is less than 1, and the free surface should be braced in time ; for stability, the construction sequence should adopt that bracing follows excavation step by step up to down; the local slide occurred during the construction process agrees with the dangerous slide determined by the numerical analysis, which proves the validity and rationality of the adopted method....

      • Dynamic simulation on effect of flame arrangement on thermal process of regenerative reheating furna

        By analyzing the characteristics of combustion and billet heating process, a 3-D transient computer fluid dynamic simulation system based on commercial software CFX4.3 and some self-programmed codes were developed to simulate the thermal process in a continuous heating furnace using high temperature air combustion technology. The effects of different switching modes on injection entrancement of multi burners, combustion and billet heating process in furnace were analyzed numerically, and the computational results were compared with on-site measurement, which verified the practicability of this numerical simulation system.The results indicate that the flow pattern and distribution of temperature in regenerative reheating furnace with partial same-side-switching combustion mode are favorable to satisfy the high quality requirements of reheating, in which the terminal heating temperature of billets is more than 1 460 K and the temperature difference between two nodes is not more than 10 K. But since the surface average temperature of billets apart from heating zone is only about 1 350 K and continued heating is needed in soaking zone, the design and operation of current state are still needed to be optimized to improve the temperature schedule of billet heating. The distribution of velocity and temperature in regenerative reheating furnace with same-side-switching combustion mode cannot satisfy the even and fast heating process. The terminal heating temperature of billets is lower than that of the former case by 30 K. The distribution of flow and temperature can be improved by using cross-switching combustion mode, whose terminal temperature of billets is about 1 470 K with small temperature difference within 10 K....

      • Semisolid Slurry Preparation of Die Steel with High Chromium Content

        The semisolid slurry preparation of die steels Cr12 and Cr12MoV with high chromium content was studied. The results show that the semisolid slurry of both steels with solid of 40 %-60 % can be made by electromagnetic stirring method and is easy to be discharged from the bottom little hole of the stirring chamber. The sizes of the spherical primary austenite in the slurry of die steels Cr12 and Cr12MoV are 50-100 μm and 80-150 μm, respectively. The homogeneous temperature field and solute field for both steel melts are obtained. The strong temperature fluctuation in the melt with many fine primary austenite grains occurs and the remelting of the secondary arm roots at the same time is accelerated because of the electromagnetic stirring. These are the most important reasons for deposition of spherical primary austenite grains....

      • Data Processing Model of Coalmine Gas Early-Warning System

        The data processing mode is vital to the performance of an entire coalmine gas early-warning system, especially in real-time performance. Our objective was to present the structural features of coalmine gas data, so that the data could be processed at different priority levels in C language. Two different data processing models, one with priority and the other without priority, were built based on queuing theory. Their theoretical formulas were determined via a M/M/1 model in order to calculate average occupation time of each measuring point in an early-warning program. We validated the model with the gas early-warning system of the Huaibei Coalmine Group Corp. The results indicate that the average occupation time for gas data processing by using the queuing system model with priority is nearly 1/30 of that of the model without priority.....

        The Kela-2 gas field is located in the center of Kelasu structural belt in Kuqa Depression. This trap is one of a series of traps in the folded belts which are distributed in a string of pearls in the dual structure. The primary gas- bearing layers are sandstone of Lower Cretaceous K1bs while the secondary layers are dolomite member and glutenite member of Lower Tertiary E1-2km and sandstone of Lower Cretaceous K1b. The main component of natural gas is methane whose content is higher than 97%. It is characterized by dry gas whose source rock is Jurassic coal measure. The Kela-2 structural trap was formed during the Xiyu period and then became a reservoir in the late time. The reservoir formed late and the thick seal rock of Lower Tertiary gipsmantle are the avail reason why the giant Kela-2 gas field has been well kept. The abnormal high pressure of the Kela-2 gas field results from the strong structural compression in the northern part during the Xiyu period....

        選取貴州典型高灰熔點煤種老礦中煤,在柱塞流反應器中進行氣化特性研究,在未反應碳縮核模型以及動力-擴散模型兩種氣化反應動力學模型的基礎上,建立了相應的一維柱塞流氣化小室模型.結果表明,當反應溫度從1 200℃上升至1 500℃時,CO2的體積分數下降約15%,CO的體積分數上升約16%,H2的體積分數上升約2%,碳轉化率上升約20%;在相同溫度下,水煤漿濃度增加5%,CO的體積分數約增加3%,H2的體積分數約增加0.5%,碳轉化率下降約1.5%,氣化模型計算結果與實驗結果吻合較好.同時建議在實際氣化爐運行過程中,應提高水煤漿濃度,以保證碳轉化率同時盡量提高合成氣有效成分....
