        The variation of the curve of the no-load deceleration process of the diesel engine is affected by the lubricating-oil temperature. To improve the evaluating accuracy of the diesel engine technical condition by using no-load deceleration process, the investigation on the deceleration process curve under various lubricating-oil temperatures of a special-type ve-hicular diesel engine is conducted and the no-load deceleration curve tested under various lubricating-oil temperatures is normalized.       • 柴油-含水乙醇乳化燃料配制及理化特性研究

        以柴油作為乳化燃料主要成分,配制了含水乙醇質量分數分別為8.9%,16.1%,22.0%和27.3%4種乳化燃料,并對這些乳化燃料和柴油的理化特性、微觀分布及結構進行觀測和研究。實驗結果表明:單一乳化劑Span80乳化效果較好;隨著含水乙醇質量分數增大,乳化燃料的密度和運動黏度略有增加,表面張力略有減小,蒸發性變得更好,初始餾出溫度明顯降低,含氧量增加,十六烷值和低熱值逐漸降低;含水乙醇均勻地分散在柴油中,形成油包水型乳化液,分散相液滴平均直徑逐漸增大,乳化燃料穩定性逐漸變差。...

      • 柴油對乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯降凝劑感受性的研究

        用色-質聯用方法對經純化處理的4種國內外柴油降凝劑進行分析,確定了它們純化后所得聚合物均為乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯.對柴油組分及其調合柴油進行降凝劑感受性試驗,結果表明,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯降凝劑對柴油具有較好的降凝效果,對加氫柴油及其調合柴油具有較好的降低冷濾點效果,當加劑量為500 μg/g時,加入降凝劑B能使加氫柴油的冷濾點降低12 ℃,加入降凝劑C可使-20號調合柴油的冷濾點降低20 ℃.分析柴油的正構烷烴含量及其碳數分布,結果表明,正構烷烴含量低且具有較高含量低碳數正構烷烴柴油的低溫性質較好;正構烷烴含量低、碳數分布寬、含有少量高碳數正構烷烴的柴油的加劑感受性較好....

      • MECHANISM ON DISTRIBUTION OF PILOT FUEL SPRAY AND COMPRESSING IGNITION IN PREMIXED NATURAL GAS ENGIN

        Numerical simulations of pilot fuel spray and compressing ignition for pre-mixed natural gas ignited by pilot diesel are described. By means of these modeling, the dual fuel and diesel fuel ignition mechanism of some phenomena investigated on an optional engine by technology of high-speed CCD is analyzed. It is demonstrated that the longer delay of ignition in dual fuel engine is not mainly caused by change of the mixture thermodynamics parameters.       • Performance evaluation of a diesel engine by using producer gas from some under-utilized biomass on

        Producer gas through gasification of biomass can be used as an alternate fuel in rural areas due to high potential of biomass resomces in India.Experiments were conducted to study the performance of a diesel engine (four stroke,single cylinder,5.25 kW) with respect to its thermal efficiency,specific fuel consumption and diesel substitution by use of diesel alone and producer gas-cum-diesel (dual fuel mode).Three types of biomass,i.e.wood chips,pigeon pea stalks and com cobs were used for generation of producer gas.A producer gas system consisting of a downdraft gasifier,a cooling curm cleaning unit,a filtering unit and a gas air mixing device was designed,fabricated and used to power a 5.25 kW diesel engine on dual fuel mode.Performance of the engine was reported by keeping biomass moisture contents as 8%,12%,16%,and 21%,engine speed as 1 600 r/rmin and with variable engine loads.The average value of thermal efficiency on dual fuel mode was found slightly lower than that of diesel mode.The specific diesel consumption was found to be 60%-64% less in dual fuel mode than that in diesel mode for the same amount of energy output.The average diesel substitution of 74% was observed with wood chips followed by corn cobs (78%) and pigeon pea stalks (82%).Based on the performance studied,the producer gas may be used as a substitute or as supplementary fuel for diesel conservation,particularly for stationary engines in agricultural operations in the farm....

      • 柴油機排放顆粒物的熱重特性分析

        為了解不同粒徑顆粒物在特定氛圍下的氧化特性,該文利用 MOUDI 采樣器收集到的柴油機顆粒物,在純N2及純O2環境下,對0.18~0.32、0.32~0.56、0.56~1.00和1.00~1.80μm 4個粒徑級顆粒分別進行熱重分析試驗。結果表明,隨著粒徑級的增大,顆粒物中水分和SOF(soluble organic fraction)的含量下降,而干碳煙(soot)和無機鹽的含量增加。在純N2氛圍下,顆粒在SOF揮發階段隨著顆粒物粒徑級減小,其SOF含量和失重峰值速率隨之增加;但在 soot 熱解階段不同粒徑級的失重速率趨同。程序升溫終了時,各粒徑級顆粒的熱重曲線在純N2氛圍下緩滯停在不同位置,而在純 O2氛圍下則漸趨歸一。隨著顆粒物粒徑級的減小,熱重曲線呈下降趨勢,顆粒越細則越易升溫(氧化)失重;而在純O2氛圍下,各粒徑級在SOF揮發階段表現出與純N2氛圍下一致的規律但失重速率峰值明顯增加。在soot熱解階段,隨著顆粒物粒度減小,比表面積增加使其吸附氧的能力增加,發生化學反應的活性增大,顆粒氧化的起燃溫度降低,且起燃時刻對應的失重速率增加;各粒徑級顆粒物的失重速率峰值出現在600~640℃之間,隨著顆粒物粒徑增大其 soot 所占含量隨之增多,熱解失重速率峰值亦顯著增加。研究結果可為顆粒物處理的技術措施提供基礎物性數據,有助于推動顆粒物處理裝置的改進和優化。...

      • Influence of biosurfactant on the diesel oil remediation in soil-water system

        There were six high diesel oil degrading bacteria strains isolated from the oil contaminated soil that collected from Linzi City. The strain Y1 was able to produce biosurfactant rhamnolipid when cultivated on diesel oil as carbon source. The critical micelle concentrations (CMC) of rhamnolipid in water and in the soil were measured respectively according to the correlation between the surface tension of the medium and the added rhamnolipid concentration. The results showed that the CMC of rhamnolipid in water was 65 mg/L, and was 185 mg/L in soil. The tests on diesel oil biodegradation were conducted with the addition of different concentrations of rharnnolipid in water and in soil respectively. When 0.01% rhamnolipid was added to water, the diesel oil degradation was enhanced. On the contrary, when the same concentration of rhamnolipid was added to the soil, the degradation of diesel oil was inhibited. The results suggested that the rhamnolipid could enhance the diesel oil biodegradation, indicating that the concentration of rhamnolipid was higher than the corresponding CMC in the medium. Kinetics parameters for the diesel oil biodegradation parameters such as biodegradation constant (λ), coefficient of correlation (r) and half life (t1/2) in both tests were numerically analyzed in this paper, indicating that the moderate concentration of rhamnolipid in the medium could not only enhance the extent of diesel oil biodegradation but also shorten the time for oil remediation....

      • Study on Effects of Diesel Engine Cooling System Parameters on Water Temperature

        A simulation model for a certain diesel engine cooling system is set up by using GT-COOL. The backwater tem- perature response in different operating conditions is simulated numerically. The effects of single or multiple system parameters on the water temperature are analyzed. The results show that, changing different single parameters, the time taken for the steady backwater temperature is different, but relatively short; and if multiple parameters are changed, the time will be longer.
